TFPCOURTMOUNTING

1.  When you the customer send items to me; TFPCOURTMOUNTING, through a postal or courier service, you do so entirely at your own risk.  TFPCOURTMOUNTING will not be held accountable for any damage or loss to your property whilst in transit to me.

2.  When TFPCOURTMOUNTING is returning work back to you the customer; by a postal or courier service, every effort will be made to ensure that the packaging is suitable for transit.  Should an item of work being dispatched to you, and found to be damaged during that transit, providing TFPCOURTMOUNTING has been notified in writing with supporting photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package arriving at the nominated delivery address, TFPCOURTMOUNTING will endeavour to recover costs on your behalf from the appropriate postal or courier service.  TFPCOURTMOUNTING will not be held responsible for that damage and or loss that has been caused by the postal or courier service.

3.  Should damage be found on arrival at the nominated delivery address, you the customer should photograph firstly the damaged outer packaging, then the damage caused to the contents.  ALL PACKAGING must be retained for future examination by the claims department of the postal or courier service involved.  Failure to do so will invalidate any future claim made by either TFPCOURTMOUNTING or yourself, the customer.

4.  Pricing of Postage & Packing for medals:  Pricing is weight and size defined.  At the present time, (Oct 2024) Special Delivery via Royal Mail will be:

Up to and inc 100g    £8.50     (Example, a single full size medal)

Up to and inc 500g    £9.50     (Example, between 2 and 7 full size medals)

Up to and inc 1kg      £10.50   (Example, between 8 and 12 full size medals)

Prices may change without notification.  Compensation for loss or damage is currently £750.  If you require additional cover, please notify TFP Courtmounting in writing when placing your order. £1000 or £2,500 are the additional amounts currently available.  £1000 will incur an additional £3 charge and £2,500 will incur an additional £10 charge.
